Toastmaster

As a professional Toastmaster I am employed to ensure the Bride and Bridegroom, Best Man and Parents can relax and enjoy this memorable day without concern for the order and timing of events. Using my experience and professional manner I will co-ordinate events to guarantee this special day unfolds just as you planned.
By supporting the wedding party, caterers, photographers and musicians I will ensure everyone gives their best performance, and work towards a common goal - "The best wedding ever"

Pre-Wedding planning/consultation.
Greeting the bridal party on arrival at venue.
Greet the main members of the wedding party
Arrange the receiving line and announce guests to be received
Announce the Bride & Groom to the top table. - The Grand Entrance.
Announce or say Grace. (optional)
Introduce the speeches and toasts.
Assisting with presentations.
Announce the ceremonial cutting of the cake.
Make any announcements required, eg. cameras on tables, circulation of guest book, smoking restrictions, etc.
Co-ordinate activities of, caterers, photographer, videographer, entertainers and band/DJ.
Background music during your meal (optional extra)
Use of microphone for speeches. (optional extra)
